Project Description

I created a field trip for 80 students and 10 adults to Atlanta, Georgia from Lakeland, Florida. The trip was 3 nights and 4 days long and included two charter buses and 27 hotel rooms.

My Role

I created the entire itinerary for the trip, minute-by-minute
I marketed the trip to students and families through many communication channels (e-mail, phone, posters) and held face-to-face interest meetings
I created a budget using Microsoft Excel for the trip after speaking with various vendors and developing proposals
I maintained communications centrally on a self-created website using Wix.com
I designed a t-shirt with a shirt design company
I organized bus routes
I created a student code of conduct
I managed the trip on the ground and handled issues as they arose
