When I accepted a position as the Student Activities Coordinator at Florida Virtual School, I made it my mission to make clubs more visible to improve retention and learner motivation at the school.
In this project, I created a website using Wix.com to showcase upcoming events, successes, and publications generated by the students in the clubs.

I managed the 26 online clubs with 30+ sponsors and over 50,000 students involved

I handled the budgets for each club

I streamlined the student club application process to create an online application

Worked with FLVS tech team to integrate the use of Salesforce for the form & resulting database

Analyzed data frequently to recognize trends in enrollment and how they link to retention and motivation
